Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Horay World will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 14 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the Horay World tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as plastic bags or clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase unless ordered online.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost  unless the errors/damages are caused by Horay World. We are not responsible for the loss of packages in transition, therefore, we recommend you to send the returned items with a tracking number. Shipping fee charged to your account for the initial purchase will not be refunded, and you will be required to pay for another shipping for the exchanged item(s) to be delivered to you.

 

Defective Item

All products have a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. Horay World will accept items that have issues if notified or returned to the head office within 30 days from the date of purchase. To begin the returns process we will need the following details sent to support@horayworld.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
