Horay Versatile Cold Wrap - Cool down joints after exercize

The Horay Versatile Cold Wrap, 3 in 1 Brace is one of the most versatile braces on the market. It can be used to cool down the hot moving parts of the body, especially the shoulder, elbow or knee joint. How to Use

1. Freeze cooling packs in a freezer for at least 12 hours
2. Insert cooling packs into the brace
3. Simply wrap the brace around your elbow, knee or shoulder and fix it with Velcro strap. It only takes 1.5 seconds!
4. Use only for 10-20 minutes to cool down just intensivity the moving parts of the body that got hot.
